This is a 1965 fender mustang entered special (that’s why the ES letters under the pickguard) with a fender factory special ordered finish. There’s info about the ES at guitarhq.com if you want to check it out. This color is a ultra rare feature and the only one i saw here in reverb.com was listed for about 4500€. Pots date to 64, original pickup selectors date to 65 and the base of the neck reads 8 FEB 65. The weird thing about it is the neck plate is dated 67, since all the specs and numbers on pots, electronics and pickup selectors aim to a 1965 production guitar, i and some experienced owners have deduced it was built in 1965 but maybe the L-series plate got lost because of the paintjob at the fender plant, maybe neck and body never been ensambled until 67, or else some previous owner liked the 1967 plate better because of the big “F” logo. We’ll never know for shure anyway. Has unoriginal pickups, newer selectors (obviously i give the old ones with the guitar), and has had a string retainer where the head meets the neck at some point, but it is undone now and holes refilled with glued in wood. Seems like the neck has been attached elsewhere and also the holes are now refilled. Because of it all the price is very reasonable. Includes original HSC. I will answer any questions and make more pics if needed. Shipping is on buyer.
