La demanda a la que se refiere Paco en su entrada
#43 , corresponde únicamente a la presentada en el estado de California. La realidad es que se han presentado un total de 17 demandas colectivas correspondientes a 17 estados diferentes. Todo va a ser revisado por la corte federal del gobierno con sede en Washington. Así que no pinta bien ni para TicketMaster ni para LiveNation. Las leyes anti "Trust" tienen legislación particular de cada país y común de ámbito internacional por reconocimiento mediante acuerdos mútuos.
Una sentencia negativa, puede crear precedente legal . La base de la sentencia puede usarse como argumento para nuevas demandas en paises fuera de Estados Unidos. Las penas y multas podrían ser diferentes, pero el objeto delictivo, el mismo que originó la misma demanda.
Las probabilidades de nuevas condenas , son altas.
